FeelMeters™ Privacy Policy
FeelMeters™ | A FeelSynch LLC Service
Effective Date: August 1, 2026 | Last Updated: August 13, 2026
FeelSynch LLC ("FeelSynch," "FeelMeters," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use FeelMeters™, feelmeters.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information depending on how you use FeelMeters. Information you provide may include your name or display name, email address, telephone number, account information, login or authentication information, communications sent to us, feedback, waitlist/contact information, and information necessary to provide FeelMeters functionality.
2. FeelMeter Information
When you create, send, receive, or respond to a FeelMeter, we may process the selected question, response choices, selected response, sender and recipient information, timestamps, response deadlines, Meter status, Group FeelMeter participation, results, and technical information needed to deliver and operate the Meter. Certain recipients may be able to respond without creating an account.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use FeelMeters, we or our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring page, pages viewed, date/time of access, approximate location derived from IP address, interactions with the Service, advertising or analytics identifiers, and cookie or similar technology information.
4. PostHog Analytics
We use PostHog to help understand how visitors and users interact with FeelMeters and to improve the Service. Depending on the features and configuration enabled, PostHog may process product or web analytics events, device/browser information, page views, feature interactions, and related technical information. PostHog offers additional capabilities such as session replay; if we enable features that materially change our data collection, we will update this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy as appropriate.
5. Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to help measure the effectiveness of advertising and understand actions taken after a person views or interacts with advertising associated with FeelMeters. The Meta Pixel and related Meta technologies may collect or receive information from our website and use that information to provide measurement and advertising services in accordance with Meta's own terms and privacy practices.
6. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide and operate FeelMeters; create and maintain accounts; deliver FeelMeters to recipients; record and display responses; calculate Group FeelMeter results; operate timers and deadlines; send service-related communications; provide support; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; understand usage; improve questions, features, and user experience; conduct MVP/beta testing; measure advertising effectiveness; respond to requests; comply with law; and protect our rights and users.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help operate FeelMeters, including providers of hosting, databases, email or messaging, authentication, analytics (including PostHog), advertising and measurement (including Meta), security, customer support, and other infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security threats, protect rights and safety, in connection with a merger/financing/acquisition/restructuring or sale of assets, or with your direction or consent.
8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
FeelSynch does not sell personal information for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws define terms such as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising broadly enough that certain advertising technologies may fall within those definitions. Our use of the Meta Pixel may involve processing for advertising measurement or targeted advertising. Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of such processing, we will provide an appropriate method for exercising that right.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Service, remember preferences, understand usage, diagnose technical problems, measure performance, and evaluate advertising campaigns. See the FeelMeters Cookie Policy for more information and available choices.
10. Children's Privacy
FeelMeters is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use FeelMeters. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent and such consent was not obtained, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 provided personal information to FeelMeters should contact us at support@feelsynch.com.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting against fraud and abuse, and satisfying legal requirements. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Removing a Meter from a visible list does not necessarily mean that all associated information is immediately deleted from our systems.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, application, database, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect account credentials and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access.
13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; withdraw consent where applicable; and appeal certain privacy-request decisions. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. To submit a request, email support@feelsynch.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
14. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights. FeelMeters will honor applicable rights based on the laws that apply to our business and the individual making the request. As FeelMeters grows and reaches applicable statutory thresholds, we may provide additional state-specific disclosures or mechanisms.
15. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable law requires us to recognize browser-based universal opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process supported signals as required by law.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
FeelMeters may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage users to review those policies before providing information.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as FeelMeters, our technology, our data practices, or applicable laws change. When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes. The Last Updated date identifies the latest revision.
